Important information for Denmark

Disclaimer

ActinHub supports operational decisions and record preparation. It does not replace professional Danish legal, tax, payroll, accounting, employment, or financial advice.

Effective date: 25 September 2026

1. Operational software—not professional advice

Information, calculations, reports, templates, reminders, matching results, and exports provided through ActinHub are general software outputs. They are not legal, tax, payroll, accounting, employment, health-and-safety, or financial advice. Laws, collective agreements, contracts, tax rules, and payroll obligations differ by jurisdiction and organization. Obtain qualified professional advice where required.

2. Payroll and payments

ActinHub records approved time and can prepare payroll/accounting handoff files. Unless an expressly contracted integration states otherwise, it does not calculate or report Danish A-tax, AM-bidrag, ATP, pension, holiday allowance, garnishment, benefits, or net pay; submit information to eIndkomst; execute bank transfers; or confirm that a worker has been paid. Customers must validate exports, use an appropriate Danish payroll process, authorize payments, and reconcile provider feedback.

3. Scheduling, attendance, and staffing decisions

Availability, qualifications, repeat-worker preferences, cost estimates, and worker matches depend on the data and rules configured by users. A suggested worker is not guaranteed to be legally eligible, qualified, available, safe, or appropriate for an assignment. Authorized managers remain responsible for Danish employment and working-environment requirements, collective agreements, working-time and rest rules, holiday obligations, equal-treatment and non-discrimination duties, required permits, workplace safety, and final decisions.

4. Client invoices and commercial calculations

Invoice drafts, rates, rounding, supplements, expenses, cancellation charges, taxes, credits, and totals reflect Customer-provided configuration and approved evidence. Customers must verify contractual entitlement, tax treatment, invoice requirements, currency, and recipient information before issuing or relying on a document. Payment reconciliation records a reported outcome; it is not an independent bank confirmation unless supplied through an expressly identified verified integration.

5. Availability and data accuracy

We take reasonable care in operating the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free Customer data. Users should promptly review important entries, maintain suitable business-continuity procedures, and export or retain records where required. Offline events, integrations, email, push delivery, and third-party services may be delayed or unavailable.

6. Customer and third-party content

Customers and users are responsible for information, documents, messages, links, and instructions they provide. References or links to third-party products and services do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices, and we do not control their content or availability.

7. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contractual warranties and liability are governed by the applicable agreement and the AGB.

When in doubt, verify before acting

For decisions affecting wages, taxes, employment rights, safety, access to work, client billing, or statutory records, have an authorized person review the underlying evidence and consult a qualified adviser where appropriate.
